Our progressive little company is run by Ken, a Texas
native and design guru extraordinaire. Formally educated
in Interior Design and Business Management, Ken acquired
his unique design edge during his world travels where
he was able to study design philosophy and architecture
of other cultures, meshing them all and bringing the best
back to Los Angeles with him.
Returning to the US with an
inspired mind-set and having found his niche in custom
furniture design and a new found passion for modern
home furnishings, the birth of Modnest was inevitable
and on its way. In creating this one-stop-shop for all
things modern and beautiful, he found it essential to
summon the help of trusted friends and professionals
including interior designers, marketing specialists,
Moms, Dads and other real people who shared an inspiring
voice. As a team, we scour the world looking for the
most cutting-edge, inspiring and exciting designs for
your Nest, keeping in mind practicality and function.
